I’m a wife, mum of two, and a chef by trade. My partner and I came to Coles Bay for a short stay—and never left. Captivated by Tasmania’s wild beauty and the warmth of this community, we’ve made this coastal pocket our home.

A Family-Focused Venture

We’re starting small—with intention and heart. Family comes first, so we’ve tailored our offerings around the rhythm of raising two young children. That means brownies pre-ordered brownies, small-batch tallow made in limited runs, and cake orders arranged to suit the flow of our home and creative life.

In the quieter moments of family life, I return to my passions: baking indulgent, joy-filled treats and crafting nourishing tallow skincare. Though they may seem worlds apart, these two loves are deeply connected—rooted in care, creativity, and a desire to bring a little beauty to the everyday.

Baking, for me, is pure joy. There’s magic in that first bite—when someone’s face lights up, and you know you’ve made something that’s pretty delicious! That same sense of care extends to my tallow creations: simple, gentle, and made by hand to truly nourish the skin.
